I need to make a return
Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand! We change our mind ALL THE TIME! That’s why we have a 30 day return policy for most items from the date they are delivered.
Here are a few details if you’re making a return - For all Domestic and International orders, return items must be returned within 30 Days of delivery at the shipping cost of the buyer. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund. All socks must be unworn and clean. We cannot accept any worn items for health and safety reasons.
Please insure your return for the full purchase value of your item(s) as we are not responsible if your return is lost or damaged in transit.
We can issue a return label for you that is insured for the full purchase amount of your item. We will select the most economical option available to us from either UPS or USPS. Please indicate if you have a preference.
If no preference is indicated, we will select the most economical carrier. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Your return must be handed off to a carrier within 5 business days of receiving the return label.
If carrier pickup exceeds 5 business days, restocking fees will apply to your return and will be deducted from your refund. The customer is required to confirm receiving the return label once it has been issued. All other rules and restrictions apply.
ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE REFUNDED/RETURNED: All custom socks/ limited edition socks are ineligible for refund or return. Saddle Pads that have been on a horse are ineligible for return due to health and safety regulations. Sale Items are considered "Final Sale" and ineligible for returns.
How do I care for Sublimated Socks?
1. Turn the socks inside out before washing. This reduces the likelihood of the surface from getting snags or damage to the printed side. Hand wash if possible with cold/warm water.
2. Hand washing is much gentler on the socks and the fibers than machine washing. This will help with the longevity of the design and your socks in general.
3. Air dry if possible or tumble dry low in the dryer. High heat will affect the performance fibers.
4. Do not use bleach, use harsh detergent, dryer sheets or fabric softener
5. Do not dry clean
6. We recommend wearing shoes with your socks at all times. Make sure to clear any debris from inside your shoes to prevent holes or snags.
Is there a guarantee?
Dreamers & Schemers proudly guarantees the quality, performance, and craftsmanship of our products with a 30-day guarantee. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced at the discretion of Dreamers & Schemers. Proof of purchase (within 60 days) is required. When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, Excluding US/Canadian holidays). During peak seasonsprocessing and shipping can take up to 3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by e‑mail along with your tracking number for US orders. Hey Canada! Reach out if you want additional shipping options! DELIVERY ESTIMATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Please note, that faster shipping options chosen at checkout does not mean your order will be processed and packed right away. Our processing times remain the same for all chosen shipping options. All orders with FREE SHIPPING will be shipped via the most economical option.

USPS is experiencing nationwide disruptions which could delay your package. Orders with Free Shipping are often shipped via USPS. For faster delivery, please choose UPS at checkout. Priority Shipping – Arrives 2‑3 business days*
USPS Priority shipping is available for all US addresses including PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address.

How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping in the USA is available to all orders over $75.00 (after any discounts). Orders with free shipping will be shipped with an economy service. These typically take 5-8 business days to arrive once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Are there customs/duties for International Orders?
All orders are shipped from our US Warehouse.
International orders will likely be subject to additional duties once the package arrives at customs. We have no way of knowing what the additional fees might be as the information can change daily.
You will be responsible to pay all customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Any packages refused at the border and returned to our warehouse will be refunded less additional shipping expenses.
We strongly recommend checking with your local Customs office for the most up to date information regarding tariffs and duties.
What if my package is lost?
Lost Package – We understand that it can be frustrating when your package doesn’t arrive as quickly as you expect. Once an order is handed to a shipping carrier we are no longer responsible but we are happy to help as much as we are able.
My order hasn’t arrived and appears to be stuck in transit: This happens with a number of USPS shipments. More than likely your package is much further along on its journey than the tracking indicates. It has likely missed being scanned at a hub and you may not see additional updates until it arrives. We do not have access to any more information than you do. Additionally USPS and UPS will not release information to us as we are not the listed recipient. WHAT YOU CAN DO: Reach out to the carrier directly and place an inquiry on your order. This often helps your package get moving through the void. We will keep eyes on it and immediately move it to the claim process if and when it reaches that point. We can place a claim if a package is undelivered 20 days past its ship date.
WHEN TO CONTACT US: Feel free to reach out when you feel your package might be lost. We can keep eyes on it and immediately move it to the claim process if and when it reaches that point. We insure all shipments for the full purchase value. If we place a claim for your order, you will be required to verify the claim in order for a refund or a replacement order to be issued. The process is quick and easy and we can often refund/replace your order same day.

Can I exchange my product?
If you want to exchange your product, please reach out to our customer service team to provide further details and set up the return and exchange.
Please note, all custom print orders are non-returnable. This includes: Limited Edition Items such as Dream & Do Socks, Limited Edition Socks, Retro Socks, Custom Socks, and custom spur straps.

How do I use a PROMO CODE?
After you're done shopping, go to your shopping cart and checkout. During checkout, you'll see a place to input your promo code. Input your code and click apply. You'll see your promotion applied to your order.
Automatic discounts may be applied during a site wide promotion. They will appear at check out if you have added the correct items to your cart.
If your promo code works with other discounts, you will see them in your cart. Some promo codes are stand-alone and cannot be combined with other discounts.
What if the code doesn't work?
Please make sure you've input the correct code. Also check to see if the code isn't expired and is still valid.
Promotion Codes cannot be used with automatic discounts applied to your order.
