Shipping policy

When will my Order Ship:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, Excluding US/Canadian holidays). During peak seasons (Thanksgiving through Christmas), processing and shipping can take up to 3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by e‑mail along with your tracking number for US orders. Hey Canada! Reach out if you want additional shipping options! What Shipping Options do you Offer? 

We provide a range of shipping options for our US customers. ALL SHIPPING ESTIMATES SHOWN AT CHECKOUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

USPS is experiencing nationwide disruptions which could delay your package. Orders with Free Shipping are often shipped via USPS. For faster delivery, please choose UPS at checkout. Priority Shipping – Arrives 2‑3 business days*

USPS Priority shipping is available for all US addresses including PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address.

Am I responsible for Customs & Duties? 

All orders are shipped from our US Warehouse.

International orders will likely be subject to additional duties once the package arrives at customs. We have no way of knowing what the additional fees might be as the information can change daily.

You will be responsible to pay all customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Any packages refused at the border and returned to our warehouse will be refunded less additional shipping expenses.
