What's the minimum order?
12 pairs per design and color. Enough for the whole lesson string.
What sizes do you offer?
Adult and Youth. Youth fits kids' size 3 up to a women's 5.
What does the set-up fee cover?
The set-up fee covers creating the template to get your design ready for print.
What do I need to send you?
Five things: your background color, your artwork, where you want it on the sock, how many pairs, and when you need them.
What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPEG or PDF. Send the highest resolution you have, with a transparent background if you can. The bigger the file, the better the socks look. You do need to own the rights to the artwork.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. Send a Pantone, a CMYK breakdown or just a screenshot and we get as close as we can. Or pick a number off the color chart above. Dark colors don't print well, so we may talk you into a lighter one.
My design has text in it. Do you need anything?
The font name. If you don't know it, send a clear screenshot and we'll find a match.
Can my logo go on the side of the sock?
No. Socks print flat, front to back, and there's a seam up each side. Anything centered on the side of the leg gets cut in half. Top of the sock, all over, or vertical up the front and back all work.
Do the front and back have to match?
No. Tell us if you want them different and we'll mock it up.
Can I get stripes, polka dots or checkerboard?
Yes. Patterns are fair game. Tell us what you have in mind, or pick one of the layout numbers above.
I have no idea what I want. Help?
Send a screenshot of anything you like, or go look at @dreamersnschemerssocks and tell us which pair you'd steal. Silhouettes, cartoons, line drawings, space cows. We've made all of it.
How long does it take?
Your first mockup takes up to 5 business days once your order reaches the design team. Once you approve the design, your socks are in your hands within approximately 10 business days.
Do I have to know my quantity up front?
No. Lock the design first, confirm your pair count when you approve it.
What about orders over 200 pairs?
Email us and we'll quote you. Big orders get real pricing and a real human.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Yes, for registered non-profits. Email us.
