Why is the leather orange?
You're getting a premium leather product that arrives ready to be oiled. Once your leather has soaked up the oil, the color will change to a rich brown as seen in the product photos.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business day (Monday – Friday, Excluding US/Canadian holidays) During peak seasons (Thanksgiving through Christmas), processing and shipping can take up to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail along with your tracking number for US orders.

Please note, that faster shipping options chosen at checkout does not mean your order will be processed and packed right away. Our processing times remain the same for all chosen shipping options. But, the shipping company will get your package to you faster if upgraded shipping is purchased. FREE SHIPPING is sent economy.
What shipping options do you have?
We provide a range of shipping options for our US customers.
UPDATE APRIL 9, 2024: USPS is experiencing nationwide disruptions. Free Shipping options & USPS choices could be delayed. For faster delivery, please choose UPS at checkout.
Priority Shipping - Arrives 2-3 business days* USPS Priority shipping is available for all US addresses including PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address.

*Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico may take additional days.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship from the USA.
International orders could be subject to customs and duties.
You will be responsible to pay all customs and duties fees.
How is shipping calculated?
USA Orders: When choosing options other than free shipping (orders over $45.00), please note the rates are provided to us by the courier, and are based on the package size and weight.
International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated based on the item’s weight, the package's dimensions, and your shipping destination.
What is your return policy?
We get it! Sometimes we need to make a return. We're here to help you return or exchange an item. Please note that exchanges are only accepted if the item is in new condition with tags attached.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receipt.

We offer free returns on most products to customers located within the contiguous United States.
We do not offer free returns on international orders.
